Fraser Landeen
Founder / President
A Calgary native, Fraser has led LANDEV HOMES to becoming one of the leaders in creatively developing Calgary's downtown and surrounding neighbourhoods. A serial entrepreneur, Fraser began his journey in a fast food kitchen. By partnering and securing a prime site, his team was able to bring the first Carl's Jr to Calgary. Overseeing the construction process, Fraser had the idea to begin redevelopment in the neighbourhoods surrounding their four restaurants. Thus, LANDEV was born in 2017. Fraser's unique stylistic approach allowed opportunities to create unique homes that make you say "Wow". With nearly 20 units slated for completion in 2023, Fraser hopes to continue to serve the community and to create houses that clients can call home.
