Client requested an entire remodel of their Calgary condo. We converted the 1300 square foot space from 2 bedrooms into a luxury one bedroom unit, which ended up having one of the highest resale prices for a single bedroom condo in the city to date.

- New flooring, paint, and doors
- 9 foot Fireplace install into a 12 foot smooth stone fascia
- Master suite bathroom 360* tiled, including a Sauna room and steam shower
- Guest bathroom 360* tiled, with extensive marble accents
